Engicon conducted a training course in the city of Mombasa, Kenya on the O&M of wastewater treatment plants.

Engicon O&M announces a new trainnig course from 18 December 2011 until 22 December 2011 on Planning and Design of Wastewater Treatment Plants. This course is part of the Water Utilities Management Capacity Building Program in cooperation with Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA) and the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Solid Waste (DWA). Engicon O&M is taking part in the newly launched Public Private Partnership project (PPP) in Jordan.

Under the Water Utilities Management Capacity Building Program (WUM-CBP), Coordinated by ACWUA, Engicon O&M is pleased to announce the 3rd training course titled “Non Revenue Water Management” in corporation with the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Solid Waste (DWA). This training course aims at enabling the participants to be familiar with the concepts and approaches

The “Improvement of Energy Efficiency of WAJ” project was inaugurated on Sunday the 3rd of July 2011 at the Al-Bqouria water station in the Balqa Governorate. The project, which was funded by the German Government, had been executed through the collaboration of the German Agency for International Cooperation, The Jordanian Water Authority and the Private sector, represented by Engicon O&M from Jordan and WILO from Germany.

Engicon O&M and in cooperation with the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Solid Waste (DWA) is conducting the 2nd training course titled “GIS for Water Utilities”.

 

This course comes Under the Water Utilities Management Capacity Building Program (WUM-CBP) organized and carried out by the Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA).

On Wednesday the 15th June 2010 and under the joint patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Water and Irrigation and the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Engicon O&M held a reception to celebrate the launch of Operations and Maintenance Training Programme in association with the German Association for Water, Waste Waterwater and Waste (DWA).

On the occasion of the 1st Arab Water Week 2010 that took place in Amman, Jordan earlier in December, an agreement of cooperation was signed between Engicon O&M and ACUWA.

On the 21st of December 2010, Engicon Headquarters office in Amman welcomed the Jordan Engineers Association delegation official visit.The delegation, lead by Mr. Abdullah Obeidat was conducted in the purpose of signing a cooperation and collaboration document with Engicon O&M.

On Wednesday the 16th June 2010 and under the joint patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Water and Irrigation and the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Engicon O&M held a reception to celebrate the launch of Operations and Maintenance Training Programme in association with the German Association for Water, Waste Waterwater and Waste (DWA). Engicon O&M had signed a three-year agreement in 2009 with the DWA to train 21 of its employees to become DWA-certified trainers.
