Financed by GIZ, this project involved the technical assessments of 11 wastewater treatment plants under Yarmouk Water Company management. This was followed a training needs assessment for the 130 operators of those treatment plants.

Based on the TNA Engicon O&M worked with the management of YWC to prepare a training plan which include short, medium and long term goals. After which Engicon O&M developed 29 different training courses on WWTP operations which were duly implemented to the satisfaction of all parties.
